Women's Only Classes
Welcome to our fitness community, where women can come to train and maintain a healthy lifestyle in a safe and supportive environment! Our facility operates similar to an open gym, allowing you to work out on your own schedule in addition to attending our classes, all included in your booking. Our doors are open six days a week, and we even offer a creche service for just £8 per child. With our monthly subscription fee of £120, you can easily book your spot online and enjoy access to our fitness space, community, and resources.

Your booking includes classes and you will be able to train when classes are not on.
Monday – Friday from 9am-3pm (Creche included, £8 per child)
Online Booking Fee: £120 per month (monthly subscription)
1-on-1 and Group Personal Training Available:
Personal Training is great if you need support, and motivation or trying to achieve a fitness goal. Our experienced personal trainers are here to help kick-start your training journey.
